I know, crazy. How did I let myself get that bad. Well, it has a lot to do with constant eating, trying to follow the Canadian Food Guide and indulging in too many carbs. Today I'm not quite that bad. I am currently sitting at 225.0 lbs and here's a recent picture.
One thing you'll probably notice is how grey my facial hair is and how little hair I have on the top of my head. Funny how getting older will do that to a guy. I've been dabbling a bit with some Intermittent Fasting. I'm hoping this time I can finally get below 200 lbs. I've dropped a little over 40 lbs since November 2018. Perhaps this time I will make to my goal. Hopefully I remember to post here if I do!
